Mashilo M, Businesswoman, former Real estate agent, founder and Managing director of MM Aluminium aquired Business acumen through entrepreneurial when she founded MM Aluminium and gained sales and marketing skills during her tenure as a Real Estate Agent. Her passion lies in developing and empowering young black talent to contribution to the transformation of skills in South Africa. Being a young black female in the industry, Mashilo M is one of the few female pioneers to set a path and inspire young woman to achieve in their careers. As a former real estate agent, she has gained a vast knowledge of experience in the housing market to be able to cater for homeowners needs and give her clients the perfect home and service every time.
